Stabilize a shaky video
Warp Stabilizer analyses the motion in a clip and counters the shake. Choose Smooth Motion to keep an intentional camera move, or No Motion to make it look like it was on a tripod.
Stabilize a video No sign-up. Files never leave your device.
How to stabilize shaky video
- Click Stabilize a video, import your clip with File › Import (Ctrl/Cmd+I) and drag it onto the timeline.
- Switch to the Effects workspace (Window › Workspaces › Effects, Alt+Shift+4), find Warp Stabilizer in the Effects panel and drag it onto the clip.
- In Effect Controls, set Result to Smooth Motion or No Motion and adjust Smoothness. Stabilize, Crop, Auto-scale hides the moving edges.
- Press Ctrl/Cmd+M (File › Export › Export), choose H.264 in an MP4, and click Export.
Good to know
Stabilizing crops into the frame, so very shaky footage gets noticeably zoomed in. Heavy motion blur in the original can't be removed.
