How to convert MOV to MP4

  1. Click Convert MOV to MP4 and import your .mov file.
  2. Drag it to the timeline. The sequence matches its size and frame rate.
  3. Press Ctrl/Cmd+M (File › Export › Export) to open the Export page, select H.264 / MP4, and keep Match Source.
  4. Export; the MP4 downloads.
